Important Update: Billing System Transition

Bridgeland Water Agency (BWA) residents, please be aware that Inframark is transitioning its billing system from AVR to Starnik.

What's Happening:

  • Your October bill will be the last one generated in the current system.

  • November billing (for October water usage) will be the first issued in the new system.

  • Residents currently enrolled in auto-pay will need to reset their payment in the new system to avoid missed payments.

What You Need to Do:

  1. Review your October bill and included instructions for the new system and payment options.

  2. Prepare to reset or enroll in auto-payment for November.

  3. Ensure your contact information is up to date in your account.
