
Bridgeland Water Agency (BWA) residents, please be aware that Inframark is transitioning its billing system from AVR to Starnik.
What's Happening:
Your October bill will be the last one generated in the current system.
November billing (for October water usage) will be the first issued in the new system.
Residents currently enrolled in auto-pay will need to reset their payment in the new system to avoid missed payments.
What You Need to Do:
Review your October bill and included instructions for the new system and payment options.
Prepare to reset or enroll in auto-payment for November.
Ensure your contact information is up to date in your account.
